And I was. One of the times I met the Bon Jovi entourage, I was asked to escort them on a trip from Paris to London.  Knowing Jon was a guy who liked his privacy, I managed to quietly sneak them onto the train at the last minute and narrowly avoided a train-wide welcome announcement. But once they tip-toed off the train at St Pancras and into the station corridor, some fans recognised him. Panic ensued. Jon started running, but his little son couldn’t keep up. The rest of the band and management were far behind, so I took his hand and we ran together towards the safety of the waiting limousine. In this series, I started with a collage study of an adult shape which is protectively sheltering a child shape in a possibly hostile environment.
